About the position

The IT Business Systems Analyst II at CF Industries plays a crucial role in supporting business functions through the administration and support of Microsoft 365 products. This position requires a self-starting individual with strong analytical skills who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance business operations. The analyst will be responsible for driving the adoption of M365 tools, creating insightful data visualizations, and ensuring seamless integration of IT services across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support all M365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, and Copilot.
  • Manage SharePoint Online, including site creation, permissions management, and content management.
  • Oversee Microsoft Teams, including team creation, channel management, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ensure proper configuration, synchronization, and data security for OneDrive for Business.
  • Administer Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including app creation and workflow automation.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Provide excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for all M365 applications.
  • Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of M365 products across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Capture and document business needs and support creative solutions.
  • Create and modify data visualizations and reporting to assist decision makers.
  • Contribute to projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology.
  • Participate in the future of business systems by engaging in system/product selection and evaluation.
  • Assist in defining, testing, and performing quality assurance for business systems.
  • Monitor resource needs and prepare documentation, status reports, and change controls.
  • Support the overall health of business systems through issue tracking and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related professional work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 products and services.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of business operations to improve solutions and processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, AZ-900, MS-100 or higher).
  • Experience with SharePoint data migrations and document management.
  • Basic business test execution and planning/coordination experience.
