About the position

The Business Systems Analyst - III plays a crucial role in delivering and implementing medium-sized projects that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical delivery and project management skills, focusing on stakeholder requirements and ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the business. The analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, managing project tasks, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement medium-sized projects, processes, and programs to streamline operations.
• Prioritize and elaborate stakeholder requirements for solution implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive work products for existing and new applications.
• Reconcile conflicting requirements and abstract high-level information into details.
• Plan and complete analysis of business problems and product/service development.
• Delegate project responsibilities and manage project work and resources.
• Ensure timely activity and productivity of technical support and resource use.
• Provide technical assistance in developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Assess system impacts and conduct gap and process analysis.
• Act as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources.
• Facilitate creation of work breakdown structures and manage project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Attend and host management and project team meetings to keep teams informed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical delivery and project management.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Experience in Agile Program Management.
• Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the industry is preferred.
