About the position

The Sr Penetration Tester will be responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise customers. This role requires proficiency in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, as well as effectively communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The consultant will work independently or as part of a team, performing assessments remotely or onsite, and must be comfortable with both manual and automated testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform various penetration testing assessments for enterprise customers.
• Identify vulnerabilities and exploit them during assessments.
• Conduct post-exploitation activities and explain the path to compromise to stakeholders.
• Utilize both manual testing techniques and automated tools for assessments.
• Deliver assessments either remotely or onsite at customer locations.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong grasp of network, application, and wireless security testing.
• Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical vulnerabilities to both technical and non-technical parties.
• Experience working in consultative positions.
• Ability to manage and lead security assessments independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications such as OSEP, OSCP, CEH, OSWP, OSCE, OSEE, OSWE, CISSP.
• Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems from a four-year university.
