About the position

The Business Systems Analyst - IV role is a contract position focused on supporting system enhancements, quality improvement, and reporting within a supply chain environment. The analyst will refine and standardize processes, develop communication templates, and implement tools to enhance reporting efficiency, playing a key role in project management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Review, refine, and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity, structure, and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Create a repository of templates for project presentations, status updates, and proposals to ensure branding alignment.
  • Design and implement communication templates for various business functions, including project updates, client communications, and internal newsletters.
  • Work closely with the branding team to ensure all templates, presentations, and documents reflect the company's brand identity.
  • Manage purchase order processes, tracking approvals, and maintaining records of supplier interactions.
  • Develop a streamlined system to manage and document skills for internal resource allocation and project assignments.
  • Oversee and support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business improvement and project evaluation.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for key metrics to support decision-making and project tracking.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders using data visualization to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, documentation, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing templates for various business functions.
  • Strong skills in branding, visual consistency, and design principles.
  • Experience managing purchase orders and understanding procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with advanced Power BI skills for reporting and visualization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create professional, branded communications.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
