About the position

The Business Systems Analyst Lead is responsible for creating and updating internal documentation and process maps to facilitate the migration to CDP Data Services. This role involves developing comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users, assisting in documenting gaps identified during the migration process, and ensuring clear action plans and solutions are in place. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to present information clearly to users at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with process maps, governance docs, and can help with project documentation.
• Create and update internal documentation and process maps.
• Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users to facilitate the migration to CDP Data Services.
• Assist in documenting any gaps identified during the migration process, ensuring clear action plans and solutions.

Requirements

• Overall experience of 6+ years in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience creating user-facing documentation supporting all levels of users.
• Strong organizational skills with process maps for internal documentation.
• Proficiency in Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Word for sharing documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Hadoop or similar technologies.
