Commvault is seeking a skilled Business Analyst or Marketing Operations Analyst to oversee the integration of our Marketing and Sales technology stack. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow and alignment between marketing and sales systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with various go-to-market (GTM) teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into actionable system requirements for implementation and enhancement. You will lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that involve the implementation, upgrades, or enhancements of marketing and sales technologies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing tools to meet the specific needs of the marketing and sales teams, which includes setting up workflows, automation rules, and data mappings. Implementing data management best practices is essential to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness across different data sources. You will also develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide insights into marketing and sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead lifecycle. Training and support for users on how to effectively utilize Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Openprise functionalities will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and discrepancies identified by users, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing and sales operations. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates will allow you to recommend enhancements or new features to optimize marketing and sales processes.
