About the position
The Oracle ERP Product Owner group is responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing system and process enhancements in support of Supply Chain Business goals. Activities may include process analysis & improvement, system analysis, research of leading practices, issue identification, solution development & recommendation, collaboration with technical teams, test script authoring and execution, end user training, and job aid management. Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, design, and implement Oracle EBS system & process enhancements
- Gather and document business processes and requirements
- Transform business requirements into functional solutions
- Contribute to Oracle vision and roadmap to support business goals
- Research and understand Oracle current and future technology, provide best practices to reduce total cost of ownership and meet business goals
- Manage functional Oracle Service Requests
- Provide sound testing strategies that will improve system enhancement delivery processes
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system enhancements work as designed
- Support user system training and job aid creation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ Years working with Supply Chain Processes
- Ability to gather and document business processes and requirements
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Positive attitude and independent thinker
Nice-to-haves
- 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions
- Experience capturing business requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, testing, training, and implementing solutions with Oracle ERP
- Experience with Oracle EBS Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Planning, Receiving and Supply Quality Modules
- Strong Oracle EBS expertise
- SQL experience
