About the position

The Business Systems Analyst/QA Analyst at Schoening Technology Group is responsible for facilitating and leading the definition, development, and delivery of IT and technology solutions. This role involves collaboration with leaders to gather and prioritize market and client requirements, ensuring that projects meet their objectives by increasing adoption and usage. The analyst will focus on business processes, systems, and systems integration, supporting the complete Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from discovery to implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead the definition, development, and delivery of IT and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders to gather and prioritize market and client requirements.
• Support the complete Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including discovery, planning, requirements gathering, specification documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support.
• Identify issues and drive delivery and adoption of business processes and systems integration.
• Work in a hybrid model, expected to be in the office 2+ days per week.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, mockups, and testing web-based systems.
• Experience with software testing life cycle activities and test design principles for black-box, grey-box, and white-box testing.
• Experience with databases and ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries for data research.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
