At Workday, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be an integral part of the GTM Enterprise Applications team, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce.com. This role is designed for individuals who possess a strong understanding of business processes and methodologies, coupled with hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce. The BSA will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the GTM development team to drive projects that enhance business efficiency and automate processes through innovative technology solutions. The BSA will engage in various responsibilities, including understanding business requirements, creating essential documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional design documents. The BSA will facilitate review sessions with functional owners and subject matter experts, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the BSA will coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that all requirements are met and that the end users are satisfied with the final product.
