Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BSA to analyze and understand business and data requirements for developing Intraday Liquidity data processes.
• Participate in data analysis and project testing across various technology platforms.
• Transform business requirements into effective delivery solutions that meet performance goals.
• Develop solutions by analyzing issues and recommending business process improvements.
• Define, document, and translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Review technical deliverables for quality and identify gaps or redesign as needed.
• Define metrics and performance goals with technology partners and peers.
• Identify ways to minimize costs and enhance stakeholder experience.
• Address issues affecting application integrity and communicate effectively to achieve results.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience in delivering trade messaging components for trading workflows across various asset classes.
• Strong knowledge of the bank's payment lifecycle and protocols like SWIFT.
• Experience in writing complex SQL statements and data mappings across multiple systems.
• Strong communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis principles and project lifecycles.
• Commitment to applying advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices.
