About the position

The Business Systems Analyst role at System One involves supporting and enhancing the use of SAP S4/Hana within a manufacturing environment. The analyst will work closely with department leadership to identify issues, prioritize business requirements, and implement effective solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy sessions and guide business management in their use of SAP S4/Hana.
• Work with department leadership to create an open dialog to determine issues and derive enhancement priorities.
• Scout for business process improvements and support the business in attaining high productivity levels.
• Prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
• Translate business requirements into business-based solutions and ensure a working solution in SAP S4/Hana or third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana business processes in various modules and interfaces, providing resolution and improvements as required.
• Guide customers through the problem-solving process and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Train users on SAP S4/Hana system solutions.
• Implement SAP S4/Hana system solutions utilizing the system development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Utilize change management methodology and ensure appropriate documentation for system changes is complete.
• Partner with vendors and third-party support teams to resolve system issues and develop enhancements.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical SAP S4/Hana issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and facilitate end-user acceptance testing.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and management of policies, processes, and standards within the technical environment.
• Create training documentation and respond in a fast-paced adapting environment.

Requirements

• Adept in supporting SAP S4/Hana and non-SAP S4/Hana systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in leading systems implementation utilizing SDLC and Project Management methodologies.
• Prior experience in a regulated industry; FDA preferred.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Strong skills in SAP S4/Hana EBS, customer service, communication, facilitation, leadership, analytics, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing manufacturing environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new system solutions.
