About the position

The position involves analyzing internal customer needs and resolving those needs through user education, application configuration, and collaboration with internal customers as well as other business systems analysts and development staff. The role requires providing application-level expertise, effectively bridging the gap between the user and application development staff. This includes designing and developing data gathering mechanisms using forms applications, which will draw on data from various systems and databases. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the users while also facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
