About the position

The Business Systems Analyst position is a critical role within the Data Enablement Group, focusing on managing data for all reporting related to conduct management. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding both technology and data, which is essential for writing user stories and data user stories. This role requires a deep understanding of reporting processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. The position is expected to last for 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and is based in Charlotte, NC. The pay range for this role is between $42 and $45 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required for the position. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with management teams to ensure that data is effectively utilized for reporting purposes. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that drive decision-making. You will also be expected to leverage Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira to enhance workflow and productivity. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both technical and non-technical teams to facilitate understanding and implementation of data-driven solutions.

• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
