About the position

The position supports various analytical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their needs, gathering project specifications, creating business cases, analyzing data for business insights, and ensuring quality delivery of customer requirements. The incumbent will also mentor junior resources and participate in the full software development life cycle, particularly in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and user interface design.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle on Agile scrum teams in various roles.
• Support requirements testing, including testing plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Preferred: 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry and 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry.
• Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Report Writing, SQL, Agile Methodology, Agile Project Management.

Nice-to-haves

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
• The Open Framework Group (TOGAF) certification

• Competitive salary range from $57,700 to $106,700 based on qualifications and experience.
