About the position

The Business Systems Analyst II role at CACI is designed for individuals who can work independently or collaboratively within a team. This position requires strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. The analyst will support business software solutions and IT systems, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while providing user support for technical and functional issues related to the SPS Suite of Software.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for both technical and functional issues related to the SPS Suite of Software.
• Effectively leverage resources to research customer-reported issues.
• Discern when to escalate customer issues.
• Act as a support role to senior team members to research and resolve complex customer issues.
• Analyze customer-hosted systems containing relational databases.
• Create detailed SQL database scripts to retrieve and analyze customer data.
• Prepare manipulative SQL database scripts to correct offending data.
• Review hosted system log files and conduct XML structured file analysis.
• Potentially support on-site deployment activities, including service release upgrades and migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience.

Nice-to-haves

• CompTIA Security Plus (+) Certification desired.
• Experience supporting the Standard Procurement Systems (SPS) software suite.
