Responsibilities

• Conduct business systems analysis to identify and document requirements.
• Assist in discovery work to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of remediation strategies for compliance with NACHA and PII regulations.
• Collaborate with middle and back office operations teams to ensure effective solutions are developed.

Requirements

• Expert level experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of NACHA and ACH processes.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory data requirements, particularly PII.
• Background in banking applications, specifically in middle or back office operations.
