About the position

The Business Systems Analyst role at Innova Solutions involves collaborating with business management to enhance the use of SAP S4/Hana, identifying process improvements, and ensuring effective communication of business requirements. The position requires troubleshooting and implementing solutions within SAP S4/Hana, training users, and managing system changes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy sessions and guide business management in their use of SAP S4/Hana.
• Work with department leadership to determine issues and derive enhancement priorities.
• Scout for business process improvements to support productivity.
• Prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
• Translate business requirements into solutions in SAP S4/Hana or third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana business processes in various modules and interfaces.
• Guide customers through problem-solving processes and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Train users on SAP S4/Hana system solutions.
• Implement SAP S4/Hana solutions utilizing system development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Utilize change management methodology and ensure documentation for system changes is complete.
• Partner with vendors and third-party support teams to resolve system issues and develop enhancements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to ensure viable solutions.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and facilitate end user acceptance testing.
• Assist with the development and management of policies, processes, and standards in the technical environment.
• Create training documentation and respond to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP S4/Hana, specifically in Production Planning.
• Experience in supporting SAP S4/Hana and non-SAP systems.
• Experience in leading systems implementation using SDLC and Project Management methodologies.
• Experience in training internal and external end users.
• Ability to write test scripts, SOPs, and work instructions.
• System implementation experience.
• Life science experience preferred.
