About the position

The Business Systems Analyst will be part of the IT department, supporting cross-functional teams by translating business requirements into technical specifications and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. This role involves conducting thorough business process analysis, developing use cases, and collaborating with project managers to ensure project alignment and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to document current workflows and systems.
• Develop use cases and manage requirement changes to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track project progress and communicate risks.
• Create and maintain functional models, process flows, and wire-frame diagrams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in business analysis or IT systems.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
