About the position

The Business Systems Analyst II role at CACI involves providing support for business software solutions and IT systems. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, either independently or as part of a team. The analyst will work closely with customers to analyze and resolve issues related to the SPS Suite of Software, leveraging technical expertise to support both functional and technical inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for both technical and functional issues related to the SPS Suite of Software.
• Research customer-reported issues using available resources.
• Determine when to escalate customer issues to senior team members.
• Assist senior team members in resolving complex customer issues.
• Analyze customer-hosted systems with relational databases.
• Create detailed SQL database scripts to retrieve and analyze customer data.
• Prepare SQL database scripts to correct data issues.
• Analyze hosted systems that process inbound and outbound data and file transfers (FTP/SFTP).
• Review hosted system log files and perform XML structured file analysis.
• Support on-site deployment activities, including service release upgrades and migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience.

Nice-to-haves

• CompTIA Security Plus (+) Certification desired.
• Experience supporting the Standard Procurement Systems (SPS) software suite.
