About the position

The position involves supporting various analytical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope. The role requires collaboration with customers to understand their needs, gather project specifications, and translate high-level business requirements into detailed requirements for new capabilities. The incumbent will analyze data to identify business problems and opportunities for process improvements, create and execute test cases, and ensure quality delivery of customer needs. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior resources and requires a thorough understanding of the impact of changes across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and user interface design.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle on Agile scrum teams in various roles.
• Support requirements testing, including testing plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and report writing capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
• The Open Framework Group (TOGAF) certification.

• Competitive salary range from $57,700 to $106,700 based on qualifications and experience.
