About the position

The Inter-Plan Business Systems Analyst will support the Inter-Plan business across multiple processing platforms, acting as a subject matter expert. This role involves collaborating with business partners to identify system requirements, developing business solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The analyst will also assist in defining project scope and system enhancements to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inter-Plan business for all product lines across multiple processing platforms.
• Identify business systems requirements and develop business solutions in collaboration with internal and external vendors.
• Act as a senior level business contact to define business system requirements for areas of expertise.
• Build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal customers, management, and external partners.
• Assist in developing systems criteria and project scope.
• Identify potential problems/defects and perform business analysis to define system enhancements and modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven working experience in a business unit or equivalent external work experience.
• Demonstrated effective project management skills.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).
• Knowledge of project management tools and business systems methodology.
