About the position

The position supports various analytical aspects of the application product life cycle, focusing on understanding customer needs, gathering project specifications, and ensuring quality delivery of business solutions. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including customers and team members, to translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements, analyze data for business insights, and participate in the software development life cycle, particularly in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and user interface design.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle on Agile scrum teams in various roles.
• Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and report writing capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
• The Open Framework Group (TOGAF) certification.

• Competitive salary range from $57,700 to $106,700 based on qualifications and experience.
