About the position

Responsibilities

• Update BULK Load reporting documents
• Assist in requirement testing
• Triage ServiceNow incidents for Omni Reporting
• Investigate Aging Reconciliation Report
• Monitor EDW File Failures notifications
• Participate in IT Leads Meetings
• Work with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in requirements gathering
• Confidently versed in BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience working with Talend.

Nice-to-haves

• Some technical knowledge: SQL, data experience
• Healthcare experience, working knowledge of clinical codes.
