About the position

Our client is seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst to design and refine technology systems across various applications. The ideal candidate will spearhead the integration of Microsoft Co-Pilot into their operations, ensuring a seamless user experience. This role involves crafting and modifying systems to meet diverse application needs, establishing clear objectives, and developing comprehensive design specifications. The Systems Analyst will tackle interface challenges and provide effective solutions while analyzing client business requirements to identify and resolve issues efficiently. As a pivotal link between business stakeholders and IT teams, the Systems Analyst will facilitate clear and productive conversations. A significant aspect of this role is the integration of Microsoft Co-Pilot, which requires the candidate to gain in-depth knowledge of its functionalities. The analyst will also be responsible for creating knowledge bases (KBs) and formulating training strategies for end-users, as well as developing processes for the deployment and optimization of software licenses. Collaboration is key in this position, as the analyst will engage with various teams, including Cybersecurity, Legal, Application Packaging, Software Licensing, Deskside Support, and IT Service Desk. Communication with IT and business leaders to convey the capabilities of Microsoft Co-Pilot is essential, as is liaising with external partners, including Microsoft, to enhance technology integration. Additionally, the analyst will support the End User Services Agile POD with initiatives aimed at elevating the end-user experience, demonstrating a broad spectrum of process and technical skills.

Responsibilities
