• Collaborate with MMA operations teams to understand change requirements and document solutions.
• Participate in software migrations, focusing on data mapping, conversions, and data logic.
• Create training materials and operational documentation, both written and recorded.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general application administration and processes.
• Proficiency in Sagitta, ImageRight, and BenefitPoint, with a willingness to learn additional systems.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into manageable instructions and clear communications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, users, and management.
