About the position

The Business Systems Engineer at Stytch will play a critical role in building and scaling the Salesforce CRM and related systems. This position requires a highly skilled Salesforce professional with a background in data engineering or software development, capable of crafting and implementing both out-of-the-box and custom solutions. The role involves collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure the systems developed are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Salesforce CRM and related systems.
• Craft, implement, and evolve custom solutions for systems integration across the SFDC ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Data, Product, Developer Success, and Engineering.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process automation projects to enhance efficiency.
• Establish and maintain coding standards and QA processes.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions.
• Experience with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of business processes such as billing, revenue recognition, and order management.
• Strong skills in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks for compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps practices.
