Bryllan LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Systems Implementation Manager to join our team in Brighton, Michigan. This role is pivotal in supporting our senior management operating team and will focus on the development, leadership, and execution of business systems that enhance process efficiency, cost control, and automation within our operations. In this position, the Business Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for further developing and defining business systems related to supply chain and inventory management, the order-to-cash cycle, and new project introduction activities. This includes mapping these processes to an ERP system, leading the selection of an ERP system, and driving its initial implementation. The successful candidate will support the organization in system improvements and performance across various functions, ensuring alignment and integration of business systems to foster continuous improvement in all operational activities. The role requires a leader who can demonstrate integrity, foster a collaborative team culture, and drive cost-saving initiatives. The Business Systems Implementation Manager will direct and control activities that significantly impact the organization, cost, and product outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who is assertive, results-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude with a sense of urgency to achieve goals. Success in this role will be measured by the development and execution of business systems processes that ensure site and product approvals, contributing to Bryllan's growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define business systems related to supply chain/inventory management, order to cash cycle, and new project introduction activities.
  • Map business processes to an ERP system.
  • Lead the efforts to select an ERP system and drive initial implementation.
  • Support the organization in system improvements and performance across functions.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the department and organization.
  • Drive the planning and execution of cost savings initiatives.
  • Direct and control activities and outcomes of business systems with significant organizational impact.
  • Align and integrate business systems and continuous improvement in all operational activities.
  • Support continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS undergraduate degree in business or accounting.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional operational improvements and business growth.
  • Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive and key operational groups.
  • Progressive and proven record of leadership and managing organizations to establish long-term strategic growth initiatives.
  • Experience with all phases of the product development lifecycle, including concept, design, implementation, verification, and validation activities necessary for product commercialization.
