About the position

The Business Systems IT Analyst will serve as a crucial link between IT and business operations, ensuring that systems are effectively utilized and optimized to support the organization's overall business strategies. This on-site role involves analyzing user needs, documenting system requirements, and creating specifications to guide system development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
• Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Function as a liaison between IT and users, leveraging both business and technical expertise.
• Gain exposure to complex tasks within the job function and occasionally receive direction in various aspects of the work.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Applicable certifications (HIMSS, AHA, and Chime) are desirable.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
