About the position

The Business Systems Manager for Revenue Management at Kohler Co. is responsible for overseeing revenue management-related systems and driving transformational changes in pricing strategies. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing and quoting processes, optimize profitability, and implement innovative solutions leveraging technology and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional business liaison for CPQ and Competitive Intelligence solutions integrated with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understand SAP or Oracle tables and provide best practices for allowance and pricing conditions.
  • Enhance CPQ solutions in partnership with Digital Experience & Platform functions as a project manager.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement and professional channel sales teams to improve pricing and quoting processes in SFDC & CPQ.
  • Research AI applications in existing systems and recommend tools for business leaders.
  • Partner with Business and Digital Experience teams to implement Trade Promotion Management and Price Setting/Optimization strategies.
  • Plan and lead stakeholder feedback sessions to define business process improvements and create training documentation.
  • Establish a pricing systems governance model in collaboration with Technology teams.
  • Conduct research with external vendors on pricing solutions and optimize pricing infrastructure through automation.
  • Update and maintain list prices in the SAP platform for Kitchen & Bath brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Digital Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Experience with pricing systems vendors like PROS, Vendavo, Vistex, Pricefx, or similar preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience leading large transformational projects across multiple functions.
  • At least 5 years of ERP experience (SAP or Oracle).
  • Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Functional experience in IT, project management, or sales operations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution with a results-oriented focus.
  • Ability to influence across and up in the organization.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex benefits and outcomes.
