About the position

The Business Transformation Project Manager will give to high priority, high visibility transformation initiatives for the Mobility & Convenience (M&C) Americas business, reporting to the Head of Change & Project Management. In this role, the primary focus will be on facilitating smooth implementation and integration activities within and across the US Convenience & Mobility, US Fleet Mobility, and Retail Business Support verticals. This involves coordinating with various partners, departments, and teams to ensure that projects are driven efficiently and optimally as well as actively contributing to strategic growth and cost management projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete project plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Track project performance against established metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Manage internal and external resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization for project execution.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives, including updates to processes and training sessions.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of leadership development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis.
  • PMP certification or other relevant project management certification, a plus.
  • Change management certification or other relevant change management certification, a plus.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Experience managing operational, program, and/or project financial budgets.
  • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Knowledge of fuels marketing, sales operations, and/or retail convenience, a plus.
