Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target and attract business travel accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities within the business travel market to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust sales tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and travel management companies.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customized proposals for clients and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Manage the existing portfolio of corporate accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor booking patterns and manage account performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts and contracts in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Director.
  • Track business trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations, marketing, and revenue management teams.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotions targeting business travelers.
  • Promote the hotel's meeting and event facilities to corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with event planning and catering teams for business events.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Travel to key corporate accounts as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or business travel management.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Solid understanding of corporate travel needs and preferences.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Agency360, and hotel property management systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
