About the position

The Business Unit Financial Analyst/Sr Business Unit Financial Analyst at NSK Corporation is responsible for leading the monthly forecasting and annual business planning processes for the business unit. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial results, supporting the Business Unit Controller in various financial reports, and participating in cost change processes. The analyst will also provide financial support and insights to enhance decision-making within the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and communicates financial results of the Business Unit to Japan and NSK-America.
• Assists Business Unit Controller in preparation of budgets, revised budgets, MTP, and associated v-charts.
• Maintains, analyzes, and reviews rebate programs and RMAs for NSK Corp and the business unit.
• Provides financial support to the business.
• Reviews and analyzes forecasts provided by each company and prepares forecasts for NSK Corp and the business unit.
• Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reporting out bi-monthly forecast results.
• Reviews business unit responsible balance sheet accounts: Account Receivables, Obsolescences & Surplus Inventory.
• Works with individuals as needed on capital projects.
• Responds to NSK Japan questions regarding OBP, forecasts, and results.
• Prepares various analytical documents using Hyperion for further analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of position-related experience.
