The Business Unit Operations Analyst will contribute to workflow or process changes and redesigns, leveraging a solid understanding of specific products or processes. This includes creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and training materials that enhance efficiency and customer service. The analyst will also define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing as needed. Additionally, the role involves managing small projects and contributing to task forces or project teams, taking accountability for regular reporting or process administration as the owner. The analyst will work under limited to moderate supervision to analyze and solve moderately complex operational, systems-related, and customer issues, while also offering guidance to junior analysts when necessary. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as their ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
