Responsibilities

• Detail tables and stock service stations efficiently.
• Assist restaurant servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Replenish and maintain adequate service supplies and utensils.
• Promote accident prevention by keeping all areas clean and swept.
• Clean and sanitize all machines, refrigerators, and drains.
• Complete food store room requisition and store items properly.
• Empty all trash cans and perform extra cleaning as necessary.
• Perform all other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of upscale casual dining experience.
• Neat appearance and well-groomed.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Friendly disposition and well-mannered.
• Punctual and organized.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift an average of 30 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
