About The Position

The Busperson at Hilton Waikoloa Village plays a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for guests at the Kamuela Provision Company outlet. This part-time position involves setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction in a beautiful Hawaiian resort setting.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a TB Clearance Certificate.
• Demonstration of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Sets and clears tables.
• Stocks all service stations and assists food servers with table service.
• Clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting.
• Resets all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations.
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience.
• Transports all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
