About the position

The Busperson at Willow Valley Communities is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service in the dining area of the Southern Market. This part-time role involves clearing tables, transporting soiled dishes, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous service to guests following Southern Market Lancaster standards and safe food handling techniques.
• Observes diners and responds to requests and clears used dishes.
• Clears and sanitizes tables.
• Completes clean-up side work as assigned.
• Sets-up and cleans up banquets or special functions, as needed.
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning jobs, according to lists and calendars.
• Follows all safety guidelines while operating equipment, transporting food, supplies, and trash and serving food.
• Assists in other departments (kitchen, dish room) where and when needed.
• Attends Team meetings, in-services and training sessions regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum age 17+
• No experience required, will train the right candidate.
