Job Summary: As a Busser/Runner at Stonehaus, you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized dining area and promptly delivering food and beverages to tables. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests.
- Assist with tasks such as refilling water, providing extra utensils, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and meeting presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in all outlet areas, including floors, chairs, and tables.
- Ensure that the service stations are stocked and organized.
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to any requests or concerns with professionalism.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
