Responsibilities
- Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables.
- Having a general knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products.
- Answering phones in a prompt and professional manner and directing calls as applicable.
- Delivering food and bar beverages to guests and assisting them as needed.
- Ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed through attentive service.
- Committing to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift.
Requirements
