About the position
As a Busser at Swedish Hill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing dining areas, serving plates and utensils, refilling beverages, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. This position is ideal for proactive team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Decorate tables per restaurant standards
- Remove any dirty plates or utensils from tables and replenish as needed
- Complete all side work as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and people skills required
- Active TABC and ServSafe certifications required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous busser or food runner experience is a plus
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
