The Butler/House Manager position at ASA Hospitality Staff Agency involves providing exceptional service in a luxury real estate sales gallery. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, maintain cleanliness, and support events while collaborating with other staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the opening and closing of the sales center daily.
  • Welcome clients and visitors, offering drinks and snacks to ensure comfort.
  • Keep client areas clean and presentable after each visit.
  • Prepare and present food boards and snacks, assisting with outside catering setup as needed.
  • Manage the kitchen, keeping it clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Oversee meetings by handling setup and providing service during the events.
  • Collaborate closely with the receptionist to manage daily sales center activities.
  • Assist in ordering food, beverages, and office supplies.
  • Help organize and support daily and evening events at the sales center.
  • Track and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and office supplies.
  • Assist with preparing and transporting marketing materials for events.
  • Manage FedEx packages, ensuring timely preparation, tracking, and delivery.
  • Provide basic IT support, troubleshoot TV and audio systems as needed.
  • Ensure the house car is maintained clean and in order.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the sales gallery's exterior, ensuring impeccable presentation.
  • Oversee valet operations to ensure smooth functioning during daily and event operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure monthly services are conducted seamlessly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized supply room, ensuring marketing materials, beverages, and liquor are stocked neatly.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of etiquette and silver service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT and audio-visual troubleshooting skills are a plus.
  • Experience managing inventories and event support.
