The Buyer Analyst position is located in Koppel, Pennsylvania, within the Procurement department of Exiros, a global procurement company that offers integral solutions from supplier sourcing activities to inventory management within the Techint Group. Responsibilities
- Establish a proper work plan considering business priorities, vendor and end user criticalities.
- Assess the market to define the eligible vendor list, ensuring compliance with quality and safety policies.
- Purchase the best product or services, offering the best value-for-money in the market.
- Provide key data based on numerical analysis for decision-making.
- Ensure fulfilment of Purchase Orders and Contracts and define the Logistics of the products.
- Seek purchasing cycle improvement by developing new or alternative products or services.
- Understand the relevant safety parameters associated with each type of purchase.
- Coordinate the activities needed to place a new Contract with all areas involved.
- Ensure that suppliers know the company HSE policies for critical services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and management standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
