About The Position
The role involves developing business strategies and seasonal assortment plans to maximize the brand's development, sales, and profits for a specific department or assigned area. The position requires identifying opportunities and recommending new products or concepts for the department. The individual will manage information across various functions, working closely with Design, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Production, Packaging, and Creative Services to ensure processes are followed and timelines are met. Additionally, the role includes managing and developing Associate and Assistant Buyers. This position is onsite in Brooklyn, NY (DUMBO) 4x a week, making it a hybrid role.
