MMGY Global is currently seeking a Buyer, Paid Media Investment to join our team in New York, NY. This full-time position is responsible for managing campaign execution across a portfolio of travel industry accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong curiosity to learn, be a creative and collaborative thinker, and ensure the delivery of new media solutions. A drive to deliver maximum and efficient value for our client's media investments is essential. Knowledge across digital, traditional, social, and B2B channels is preferred. We are looking for a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and an aptitude for learning more about data-driven marketing. In this role, you will assist the media planner on RFP negotiation and own the activation of media buys and vendor fulfillment. You will support the planning team on client presentations and assist with ongoing client deliverables. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, negotiate media placements, and collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to successfully kick off and execute media campaigns. You will be responsible for owning the media budget, placement, and delivery, ensuring client funds are spent as agreed upon in contracts and media plans. You will attend vendor meetings to gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of media options, vendor partner innovations, and market opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include managing campaign optimizations and pacing tied to client KPIs, ensuring media deliverables are completed and executed to client expectations, and providing in-depth insights for client-facing reporting monthly. You will oversee optimization and communication to clients and internal teams, and check reporting data for accuracy against media buys.
