Responsibilities

• Negotiate competitive contracts in the Motorsports category, including terms & conditions, payment terms, and pricing.
• Interface with various legal teams, lead meetings with supplier legal counsel, and facilitate risk assessments.
• Manage, coordinate, and negotiate high dollar value contracts and purchase orders.
• Exhibit strong program management and communication skills.
• Influence peers within Supply Chain and cross-functionally.
• Build and maintain constructive internal cross-functional and external business relationships.
• Adapt to the 'gray space' of Indirect Supply Chain buy with effective analytics skills.
• Support managing, negotiating, and drafting numerous contracts, including those over $100MM.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in purchasing
• Ability to read and draft contracts
• Facilitate contract negotiations
• Facilitate risk assessments
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and team player.

• Knowledge/Experience in Indirect Aurora (SAP Ariba) and non-production contracts
