Responsibilities
- Negotiate competitive contracts in the Motorsports category, including terms & conditions, payment terms, and pricing.
- Interface with various legal teams, lead meetings with supplier legal counsel, and facilitate risk assessments.
- Manage, coordinate, and negotiate high dollar value contracts and purchase orders.
- Exhibit strong program management and communication skills.
- Influence peers within Supply Chain and cross-functionally.
- Build and maintain constructive internal cross-functional and external business relationships.
- Adapt to the 'gray space' of Indirect Supply Chain buy with effective analytics skills.
- Support managing, negotiating, and drafting numerous contracts, including those over $100MM.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in purchasing
- Ability to read and draft contracts
- Facilitate contract negotiations
- Facilitate risk assessments
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and team player.

- Knowledge/Experience in Indirect Aurora (SAP Ariba) and non-production contracts
