Responsibilities

• Prepares RFX's for submission to vendors for proposals.
• Participates in vendor qualification processes.
• Analyzes proposals from vendors for alignment with technical requirements and affordability.
• Coordinates with other departments to assess vendor proposals.
• Prepares a summary of final bid recommendations for the requesting business unit.
• Drafts terms and conditions of contracts in coordination with the legal team.
• Negotiates with vendors to achieve the most cost-effective offers.
• Manages vendor relationships in accordance with internal governance and compliance requirements.
• Performs internal and external benchmark analysis on goods and services and market intelligence on the supply base.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6 years of supply chain experience.
