Responsibilities

  • Providing management direction to produce high quality services and product at maximum efficiency to meet delivery requirements of customers.
  • Managing the successful financial performance of the product cost centers, including goal setting, budgeting, proposal support, capital purchases, and identification of future needs.
  • Actively engaging in the growth of the business and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • Developing the Operational and Field Leadership Teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in similar fields is a plus.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a directly related role.
  • Technical expertise in nuclear plant maintenance.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management.
  • Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
