Responsibilities

  • Lead insights generation through multiple data sources to enhance business performance.
  • Engage with cross-functional colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of performance.
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize strong data understanding to extract meaningful insights for specific brands.
  • Employ advanced analytical methods to analyze data and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Standardize outputs for ease of replication in analysis.
  • Integrate findings from various departments to inform decision-making processes.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights for key stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assess existing processes to identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 3 years of analytics experience
  • Master's degree and 7 years of analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of analytics experience
  • Associate's degree and 12 years of analytics experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 14 years of analytics experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience directly managing people or leading teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and analytical tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tableau, SQL, SAS, or R.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior analysts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and vision with a track record of innovative strategies.
