About the position

The C# Full Stack Developer position at Dot Foods focuses on utilizing Optimizely (formerly EPiServer) to enhance web applications. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in full stack development, leadership skills for mentoring team members, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. This position is onsite, with potential for conversion to a permanent role after an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and apply software engineering skills in full stack development on a .NET/C# web platform.
• Utilize independent problem-solving skills to drive solutions and lead efforts in production support.
• Integrate purchased applications and maintain existing software.
• Participate in activities related to Agile software development methodologies.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge, best practices, and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver value against the roadmap.
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of proven software development experience: Microsoft .NET/C# full stack, .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Optimizely CMS & Commerce experience.
• Experience in Agile development environment and/or with Jira.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Function or GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience with Vue.js (or similar JavaScript framework).
• Experience with Microservice Architecture.
