About the position

The Car Sales Finance Manager at Hertz is responsible for overseeing the retail business operations, including sales and finance, while leading the sales team. This role involves managing store processes, supporting omni-channel sales, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). The manager will also handle finance deal packages, collaborate with sales consultants, and support digital retailing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail business operations including sales and finance.
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive accountability for CRM metrics and achieve KPI targets.
• Support omni-channel sales and digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy.
• Ensure completion of finance deal packages and follow up on missing documents.
• Work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics.
• Support the finance and insurance process and performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management.
• Experience in auto dealership and car sales.
• Knowledge of auto financing and car sales regulations.
• Experience with auto lenders and previous supervisory or managerial experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of F&I processes and business acumen.
• Effective management skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literate with strong sales and F&I skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
