About the position

The Application Developer Team Lead at Parallon is responsible for leading development efforts, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members. This leadership role involves strategic planning to align IT capabilities with business needs, guiding software architecture and design decisions, and interfacing with business partners to implement effective software solutions. The position requires managing development projects from inception to implementation while utilizing various technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and provide guidance on software architecture and design decisions.
• Interface with business partners to design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage development projects through all phases including inception, elaboration, development, testing, and implementation.
• Perform development using HCA standards and maintain code and version control.
• Complete unit testing and participate in peer/code reviews of other developers' work.
• Provide advanced software development troubleshooting to other development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience with software development, architecture, and delivery.
• Proficiency in .Net, C#, Azure, React, Node, and SQL.
• Proven record of leadership in software development.
